First day racing with Powerslide
"I just got done racing for the day here at Hickory, North Carolina, and it was my first time competing on the Indoor Matter Lethal wheels along with skating on the Powerslide Icon frame. I was previously skating on the Ion frame, and after just this one day of racing the Icon frame is what works best for me. It is a stiffer frame, and feels just as light as the Ion frame when you are on it. The stiffness allows for a full power transfer from my legs to the floor, without losing anything in between. The wheels were nothing like any other wheel I have skated on in the past. I have skated on a majority type of the wheels including, Hypers, Atoms, and IQ's and these wheels felt to be superior to me. By far one of the smoothest wheels I have every skated on, along with roll and grip that I have felt is superior to the other wheels I have tried. With this combined equipment I was able to reach the top of the podium in Standard Junior men, at the meet in Hickory, North Carolina.
