For those who are looking to race on inline speed skating races on track, road or marathon circuits. Although primary focus is to train competitive skaters, this program is also for people who skate for fitness, recreational, and exercise purposes only, but also set goals for themselves and progress at their own pace. Jorge Botero only knows how to coach one way: All-In. When you sign up for this coaching package, you get the commitment and attention Jorge knows. You have access to all the expertise, experience, and resources Jorge has compiled in his 25-plus years as an athlete and coach.
Description:
- You will answer specific questions based on your goals. Jorge Botero personally will develop a specific daily training program designed just for you.
- You will get a training journal based on your schedule and availability.
- Jorge will send you a specific evaluation form before you start your program. Additionally you will be asked to complete specific forms and evaluations while program is been done. This will allow you to see the improvements you made during your training.
- You will have direct interaction with Jorge by e-mails and depending on your schedule Jorge can call you directly by phone.
- Jorge would advise you about a nutrition plan and strategies for you to approach the results you want.
